About

Megan Hogan

Founder of Clockwise

Megan is a fractional COO for service businesses that have outgrown the way they're run. Most founders she works with can see where they want to go. What's missing is the capacity and the structure to get there.

Clockwise works inside the business at leadership level. Megan finds where things are breaking, closes the gaps, and builds the operating layer that holds as you grow. Then she steps back. The aim is a business that runs without her.

She brings a decade of transformation and operations experience to that work. At Optus, one of Australia's largest telcos, she led enterprise programs that delivered $8.8M in business benefit and cut 700,000 customer contacts a year. She managed budgets north of $80M and ran the WA market through its recovery from a major cyber attack and network outages. She knows what holds under pressure and what doesn't.

This work is personal for Megan. She grew up around it. Her dad has run his own printing business for as long as she can remember, so she understands the sacrifice from the inside: the risk that sits with one person, the payroll that has to be met whether the month went your way or not. That is why she built Clockwise, to stand beside founders carrying too much on their own.

Now she does the same for smaller businesses.

Why Clockwise

Different by category.

You've hired consultants before. You got a deck. You didn't get results. Clockwise is different by category. We don't advise from the outside. We operate inside your business until the gaps are closed, the margin holds, and the team can run it without you in every decision.

You can get motivation and ideas from the internet any day of the week. What you can't get there is a partner inside your business, accountable for the outcome.
