These terms cover bookings and payments made through go-clockwise.com. Clockwise is a Perth business founded and run by Megan Hogan, trading as a sole trader (ABN 91 813 244 705). Questions about anything here? Email support@go-clockwise.com.

The Clockwise Intensive

  • The Intensive is a 60-minute, one-on-one session with Megan on Google Meet.
  • The price is $550 AUD, paid in full through PayPal when you book.
  • When you choose a time, it is held for 30 minutes while you pay. If payment isn't completed in that window, the time is released and nothing is charged.
  • Your booking is confirmed once payment goes through. The confirmation email includes the Google Meet link and a calendar file.

Moving, cancellations and refunds

  • Cancel with more than 48 hours' notice before your session and you'll receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancel with less than 48 hours' notice and no refund is given.
  • Moving your session to another available time is free. It isn't treated as a cancellation.
  • To move or cancel, email support@go-clockwise.com from the address you booked with.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Advisory and fractional COO work

Ongoing Advisory retainers and fractional COO engagements are agreed in writing before work begins. That written agreement sets out the scope, fees and notice period, and it takes precedence over this page.
