Privacy
Clockwise is a Perth business founded and run by Megan Hogan, trading as a sole trader (ABN 91 813 244 705). This page explains what personal information the site collects, why, who else handles it, and how to reach us about it. If anything here is unclear, email support@go-clockwise.com.
What we collect and why
| When you | We collect | To |
|---|---|---|
| Start a conversation | Your name, email, business name if you add it, the topic you pick and your note | Reply to you about working together |
| Join the masterclass waitlist | Your first name and email | Send you the masterclass date and a few related emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link. |
| Book the Intensive | Your name, email, the time you choose and your payment confirmation | Hold your time, confirm your booking, send the Google Meet link and add the session to our calendar |
| Browse the site | How you use the pages: clicks, scrolling, the device and browser you use, and roughly where you are | See which pages work and fix the ones that don't |
We never see or store your card or PayPal login. Payment details go straight to PayPal.
Who else handles it
The site runs on a handful of services. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job:
- Netlify hosts the site, receives contact form messages and stores booking records.
- Kit holds the masterclass waitlist and sends those emails.
- PayPal processes Intensive payments.
- Google holds our calendar and creates the Google Meet link for your session. The site also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which tells Google your IP address.
- Resend sends booking confirmation emails.
- Microsoft Clarity records how visitors move through the site. See below.
Some of these services store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone else for their marketing.
Microsoft Clarity and cookies
The public pages of this site use Microsoft Clarity. It records anonymised sessions and heatmaps: where people click, how far they scroll, and where they get stuck. Clarity sets cookies to recognise a returning browser and hides what you type into form fields by default. Microsoft uses this data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works without them.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and booking records for as long as they're useful for working with you, and for as long as tax and accounting rules require for anything paid. Waitlist details stay until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
- Ask what information we hold about you, and get a copy.
- Ask us to correct it or delete it.
- Unsubscribe from the waitlist with the link in any email.
Email support@go-clockwise.com and we'll reply within five business days. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes
If we change how the site handles your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
